Over 17 years across agencies, consulting, companies and start-ups have shaped my professional perspective. I know client leadership as well as the responsibility for making decisions work within a business.
In client relationships, I clarify expectations, bring different perspectives together and keep brand and digital projects focused on delivery. My work connects the brief with the people responsible for carrying it out.
On the company side, I focus on roles, workflows and decision-making. I bring business and operational responsibility together with what teams need in their daily work. In consulting, I use both perspectives to develop structures that fit the task and the organisation.
